The Mighty Vine Staff is dedicated to promoting and encouraging physical health and wellness to all individual's that walk though our doors. Here, we have a person-centered philosophy and will assist in any way to help someone accomplish their goals.

What do you like most about the Mighty Vine Wellness Club?

There's a lot of things I could say, but what I love most is the closeness of all the gym users and staff. I feel like I'm exercising at home when I'm there, just with a lot more equipment.

What is your favorite wellness activity?

It's a tie between strength training and basketball.

What words of inspiration do you have for someone starting a wellness journey?

Changing old habits is hard and "wellness" encompasses so much: exercise, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and more. Focus on one area at a time. When you get the hang of that area, then add the next. Wellness is a marathon, not a sprint.

What do you like most about the Mighty Vine Wellness Club?

I enjoy the conversations and to be able to celebrate people's victories on their workout journey.

What is your favorite wellness activity?

I'm a big fan of the treadmill and different muscle group weight machines.

What words of inspiration do you have for someone starting a wellness journey?

Start out slow. Listen to your body. Remember it is about the progress, not perfection. If you are not sure how to use a certain machine, don't be afraid to ask a staff member for help.

What do you like most about the Mighty Vine Wellness Club?

Bringing people together to embark on our wellness journey's as a community, and all the amazing people I get to surround myself with whenever I am there!

What is your favorite Wellness Activity? 

Yoga of course!

What words of inspiration do you have for someone starting a wellness journey?

If you believe in yourself, and take care of your mind, body, and spirit, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to!

What do you like most about the Mighty Vine Wellness Club?

It is a very non-judgemental environment. Clients and staff will help each other with equipment and motivation. It is small and less intimidating than some other gyms. 

What is your favorite Wellness Activity? 

I love the machines that I can do squats, crunches, and back stretches on. What I love the most is helping out gym members. Sometimes this is just talking and hyping people up. This helps them to stay motivated and push through.

What words of inspiration do you have for someone starting a wellness journey?

Honestly, just start! Whether it is a 2 minute walk or a 2 minute stretch, just start. You don't have to be strong or over work yourself. Just go light and slow, and your mind and body with follow. One step will lead to two steps. You got this!

I like the way the people work together and how they get along.

My favorite activity is walking on the treadmill.

Pay attention and learn how to use the equipment.

What do you like most about the Mighty Vine Wellness Club?

I enjoy being of service. I also enjoy the art of working the mind, body, and soul. The connection is very holistic.

What is your favorite Wellness Activity?

Using the chest press machine.

What words of inspiration do you have for someone starting a wellness journey?

Set a goal, stay consistent, stay focused, and pace yourself. Baby steps lead to larger steps!
