How do I join? Call us and set up a time to come in and speak with one of our represent -atives, or simply walk in.
Everyone's first visit is free! After you fill our the membership card and assessment information, one of the representatives will guide you through the equipment and answer any questions you may have.

Individual Memberships
Individual Day Pass - $1.50/Day
Individual Monthly Pass - $15.00
Present your Medicaid or Medicare card and receive the following discount: Individual day pass - $1/day; Individual Monthly Pass - $10/month.

Group Memberships
Group Day Pass - $7.50/day/scheduled hour
Group Day Pass w/Transportation- $15.50/day/scheduled hour

Group Monthly Pass - $80/3 days/week/scheduled hour
Group Monthly Pass w/Transportation - $180/3 days/week/ Scheduled hour
